Alexandra Feliciano has been involved in making pasta at home since she was a child, when she helped her “nonna” turning the machine that stretches the pasta dough. A tradition that she continued with her mom Soraya Barboza throughout time. Over the years, however, as a result of the pandemic and the breakdown of emotions, both made the decision to bring their culinary traditions to the homes of many people.

Raviolissimo is the entrepreneurship of a mother with her daughter, where both reconstruct the family gastronomic memory in each recipe. Each culinary proposal tells a story of those special moments celebrated as a family, honoring those who are still today an inspiration for Alexandra: her grandparents.

Raviolissimo offers 100% artisan and natural homemade “ravioli”, no preservatives added. They have a ravioli for each type of consumer, adapted to their dietary needs and lifestyles. Their options are: gluten free, lactose free, egg free, keto, vegan, vegetarian. None of their products have no added sugar. They also offer perfect accompaniments for “ravioli”: sauces, pickles and marinades.
Sauces, Pickles and Marinades
Raviolissimo offers three types of sauces: Napolitana (made with natural tomato, olive oil and aromatic herbs. No added sugar), Three Cheese (made with Swiss cheese, mozarella and Parmesan. It has no flour), Pesto (made with basil and walnuts. They have a vegan option available, made with nutritional yeast).
The pickle is made from aubergines and roasted peppers in olive oil, ideal to accompany a lunch or dinner or also to enjoy it as a snack. And the marinade is made with zucchini and basil in olive oil, also an excellent option to accompany your meals or have it as a snack time.
