Thinking about our current reality, where people find entrepreneurships first through social networks, the concept of “Kitchen Hub” was born in October 2020. A kitchen created for virtual restaurants, a Hub where several gastronomic ideas are gathered and then offered to the public through various digital platforms. Kitchen Hub has two brands; PlantB Salads and Nonna Pina (Pizza & Pasta).
Eager to Undertake
The opportunity to take a risk and start a business arose in times of pandemic. Like many initiatives, Kitchen Hub was born in difficult times, but it represents a long-awaited challenge. “For several years, we have had different ideas related to the gastronomic world. During the quarantine, I decided to quit my job and began to develop together with my wife the business idea that we always had in mind, ”said José Sardi, a young Venezuelan entrepreneur who has always loved cooking.
His dream with the help of his wife began to take shape in June, with schemes and brainstorming that were noted throughout the house. In July they met a chef to whom they presented their project and he joined the team. Since October 5 they are operating to please people’s palates with creative and delicious recipes.
Virtual Menu
Food delivery services have been enhanced in times of pandemic. Many people recognize the benefits of this service and prefer to have their food deliver their home than to eat at a restaurant. This reality has represented a great opportunity for gastronomic ventures such as Kitchen Hub, where they can find delicious proposals for all tastes. With PlantB Saldas, they can enjoy fresh and healthy dishes, and with Nonna Pina Pizza & Pasta they will have options to try artisan Italian recipes.
In the coming months, this venture will grow with two new brands: Don Pascual (Roast Chicken) and Sushi Box. People will be able to order food from different places and will be taken in a single order, to have it Delivery to any part of Panama City.
