For two years, Darly “Lala” Beltran had in mind to share part of her Colombian roots in her second home, Panama. At that time she could not realize that dream, because of how complicated it was to get the main ingredient to carry it out, which is yucca starch. As soon as she was able to acquire it, began to make typical Colombian edible products. She started promoting and selling them to her closest contacts. This is how little by little this venture was born: Arenosa Bakery.
The Right Time
Its creator is a fashion designer, but among her other passions is cooking and baking. It was her desire to share a little bit of her Colombian culture in our country, and the creativity that emerged with greater force in times of pandemic, when she was encouraged to formalize this business in order to provide delicious products accompanied by attentive service.
But something was still missing, a name that will click with this entrepreneurship. And suddenly a nostalgic name came to her memory, and it was Arenosa. Another way people call Barranquilla in Colombia. With Arenosa Bakery she brings to light this venture where recipes originating from Valle del Cauca are prepared, with typical edible products in two presentations: frozen and freshly baked, so that they arrive warm at their destination.
Colombian Cravings
Pandebono is a very typical Colombian bread, made from cassava starch and a lot of cheese. In their menu they have traditional Pandebono or with sandwich, almojabana and traditional yuca bread, which can be ordered freshly baked so that they arrive warm (minimum order of 6 units) and accompany with Kafeina Ice.
If you want to have them store and prepare later, you can choose the frozen / refrigerated breads that offer these products and where they also have a double cream cassava bread, available in 12 units trays.
