The annual event that shows the best of Panama s fashion designers will be held from October 26 to 31 in s virtual format. The XIX edition of Fashion Week Panama will be a completely new experience as it will be 100% digital due to the global crisis caused by the Pandemic. However, they want to use this as an opportunity to reach a global audience.
This year the Fashion Week will bring very interesting innovations, one will be virtual seminars and conferences with great guests of international recognition.
Another novelty is that the runways will be fashion films, with the aim that the artists can show their collections with total creative freedom, without the limitations of a live stage. The ultimate goal is to promote historical and cultural places in Panama, the virtual format will bring more visibility.
The newest activity will be the inclusion of a digital marketplace. The objective is to incorporate many more brands than before. It will be a market with a concept of “shop the runway”, as soon as the Fashion Film or the collection is presented, people will be able to enter the platform to acquire the clothing pieces no need for input to each page of the designers.
