Cayos Zapatilla are two uninhabited islands that are surrounded by a huge coral reef. Located east of Bastimentos Island, in the Bocas del Toro archipelago. Cayo Zapatilla Norte has an area of 14 hectares, while Cayo Sur is larger with 34 hectares.
