The Tocumen International Airport registered a 1,432,671 people passing through, only in the month of October, it was 412,008 more passengers compared to the same month of the previous year, increasing to a total of 12,966,407 passengers who have used this airport during the first 10 months of this 2022 announced the Airport authorities.
The results for October also indicate that of the total number of passengers who used the Tocumen terminal, 66% were connecting passengers.
According to the data provided by the Statistics Department of the Tocumen International Airport, the markets with the highest regional movement in October were South America with 46%, followed by North America with 28%, the Caribbean 11%, while Central America contributed 10%, and European markets contributed a 5% share.
