Business people from Chiriqui Province continue to bet on tourism as a key element to reactivate and boost the economy in the region. The Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Agriculture and Tourism (CAMCHI) presented the Musical Tourism initiative that will present a series of concerts and events in the western sector of the country. The intention is that through music the attractions of the province are highlighted, capturing the attention of nationals and foreigners, through artistic presentations, this time with Boza, a Panamanian artist of international stature who will have a concert in David next December 17.
Felipe Venicio Rodriguez, president of CAMCHI, pointed out that this type of activity brings an economic injection, since hotel occupancy is generated, among other services, including tourists from Costa Rica and other sectors.
