The concept of this restaurant arose with the idea of turning it into a European-style meat and pork place, inspired by the experience that its chefs had in Brux, in Belgium.
The name Brujas Ribs & Steahouse is the combination of tastes and visions of each one of the partners originally oriented in Belgian gastronomy and entertainment.

Brujas Ribs & Steakhouse’s gastronomic offer is based on national and imported cuts of meat and pork ribs, in addition to having a wide variety of dishes. The menu includes appetizers, snacks, hamburgers, pastas, seafood and different chef’s recommendations. It also has a large mixology with more than five unique cocktails and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to accompany meals and entertainment nights.
