Maharaja Indian Cuisine is a restaurant that brings North Indian cuisine to the palate of its guests, and with good reason, Chef Paramjit Singh, who has more than 10 years of experience, comes from the State of Punjab, a sector of that region of the country.
Chef’s Specialties
Maharaja means Great King in the Indian language, for that reason each diner receives exceptional treatment. To achieve this, they begin by offering a range of dishes as broad as the talent of the chef and his team that accompanies him.
In this restaurant they start by offering delicious drinks such as Mango Lassi (mango with yogurt) or Sweet Lassi or Salt Lassi that has cumin, coriander and other spices. All them enhance the flavors and seasonings of each culinary specialty they offer. For starters, the diner can taste the Samosas, a delicious starter made with potatoes and vegetables. They also have specialties that bring a wide variety of vegetarian and animal protein curries.
This restaurant also offers each Visitor the specialty of the Chef: The Maharaja, highly requested, and the Murg Makani Chicken (butter chicken) as well as Tamdoor (oven) dishes, much sought after for the flavor and cooking different from traditional ovens. They also offer Dosas, a crepe served with different fillings, a feast for the senses. All dishes are accompanied by basmati rice in its different varieties and traditional Naan bread or with different fillings.
However, a culinary experience of this kind is further enhanced by trying the delicious desserts with the essence of roses, among others.
