Ana Jilma de Obaldia was a child when her grandmother Maria Olimpia taught her to make the first sweets and ice creams, she liked cooking; as an adult, family members asked her to make sweets for their get togethers, but it was her daughter who insisted that she make them and offer them to everyone.
A Sweet Entrepreneurship
This venture began under the name of Sweet Temptations, which eventually became Bon Appétit, specialized in homemade desserts, jams, chutneys, and spectacular meat lasagna, and chicken with spinach; all made with the best quality products, which guarantees a fresh taste, when ingested, and a good result, in everything they do.
They have a wide variety of desserts such as sweet apples with raisins and walnuts, which they prepare especially for the holiday season at the end of the year; they also have delicious desserts such as tiramisu, bite of the king, bite of almonds, bread pudding, apple pie, among others; and the aubergines in the vinaigrette, pepper jam with chombo, tomato with basil and pineapple chutney.
Christmas Delicacies made with Love
For this end of the year holiday season Bon Appétit has the traditional Ron Ponche Cocido (cooked rum punch), made with a family recipe, the Ron Ponche Cafe made with Cafelino of Boquete, and the original Beer Punch, made with craft beer from Cerveceria Legitima.
The philosophy that distinguishes them is working with love, enjoying what they do, looking for the perfect result, so that people, when ingesting a product made by them, perceive the difference, and feel that happiness that distinguishes them when working.
Chame During the Pandemic
During the time of the pandemic, they were blessed to work from home, but from Chame. A time for introspection and personal growth, where creativity emerged and they had the opportunity to create their famous jams.
