This venture emerged on a quarantine Saturday during June this year, when Ludis placed an order for two avocados at a local market and one was so ripe that no one wanted to eat it at home. From that situation came the idea of making guacamole with the few ingredients that it had at that moment, and it was so good that everyone at home wanted more.
Faced with such a reaction from her family, jokingly said that she would have to make and sell guacamole to get out of the crisis, and she did so by creating Guacamole & More.
