Punta Chame, Paradise Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean

Punta Chame is a narrow peninsula located just an hour and a half from Panama City, about 25 km from the main highway. Punta Chame offers a unique and attractive destination for those considering a budget-friendly retirement move. For many, it’s a weekend getaway from the stress of the city, while for others, it’s the place that captivated them for a long-term stay. No matter where you live, residents will always be close to the beach, as the peninsula is only 0.4 to 0.8 km wide.

Activities: This lush peninsula is a popular spot for windsurfing in Chame Bay. Its location at the end of the long, narrow peninsula makes it an ideal spot for water sports enthusiasts seeking adrenaline. Activities such as paddleboarding, fishing, and birdwatching are also available.

A Growing Area: Punta Chame is cosmopolitan and charming, becoming increasingly popular with expats, allowing you to connect with a diverse and welcoming community of like-minded people.

Cost of Living: Compared to Panama City, living in Punta Chame is more affordable. Housing options are generally more affordable, and the cost of living is lower, making it an attractive option for retirees and those on a budget.

Farallon, a Beach Community with a Modern Lifestyle

Moving to Farallon Beach in Panama means settling into a vibrant and exclusive beach community with a focus on luxury and amenities, offering a combination of relaxation and outdoor activities. It’s an excellent option for those seeking a coastal paradise with a modern lifestyle.

Luxury and amenities: This section of the Pacific Riviera offers a wide variety of luxury hotels, golf courses, casinos, high-end restaurants, and much.

Activities: ATV tours, sailing, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, and parasailing, among other activities. Farallon Beach features a long stretch of white sand and warm, calm waters, perfect for swimming and relaxing.

Growing Area: The area is experiencing rapid development with the construction of new apartments, condominiums, and shopping centers.

Cost of Living: Living in Farallon can cost between $1,500.00 and $3,000.00 per month, depending on lifestyle and location.
