For Raykelys, success is always achieved by working as a team, for this reason she merges her talent with that of Chef Steffano Gamboa, where both created the concept and menu of Leaf Restaurant.

In this peaceful and relaxing place, Visitors can enjoy contemporary fusion food where techniques and flavors from different places are mixed. A restaurant for everyone, where it is also possible to enjoy vegan options (from food to wine), signature cocktails from the Le Martini brand. The philosophy of this place is based on nourishing not only the body, but also the soul, mind and heart of the diners. A restaurant that dares to mix dishes from different cultures and with the Panamanian culture to achieve an incredible result.

Raykelys Perez takes advantage of the vast experience she had working in various restaurants in the United States where she comprehensively learned the inner workings of a gastronomic business to create a personalized experience that all palates will fall in love with. A comfortable environment full of colors and a menu with dishes such as the tuna sandwich, Mediterranean spiders and truffled corn that are Raykelys’ favorites. They also offer dried tomato and picana risotto, crispy fettuccine and stracciatella, unmissable dishes when visiting Leaf. Of course, the culinary evening must close with the deconstructed lemon pie, a mixture of amazing flavors and textures, which can only be described by the palate.

They also offer delicious culinary creations such as the tuna montadito, cobia tiradito, bao activao and for dessert the Vegan Pavlova, a favorite among vegans and non-vegans. Others like the vegan cream, the vegan sigh and the red fruit jam make the desserts of Leaf Restaurant the favorites of many.

This is the reason why this restaurant has a lunch menu Monday to Friday from 12 noon until supplies last at $9.50.

Every day the lunch menu changes, motivating diners to try different dishes, always made with fresh products, so that clients feels at home.

However, to make the atmosphere more relaxed and lively, they have 2X1 on selected cocktails, as well as beers from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm. Special promotions tailored to those who work in the Costa del Este area and surroundings.
