Cancun is a world-renowned destination, a coastal city that offers top-notch services in terms of infrastructure, security, and VIP services. The trip begins from Panama with a 24/7 accompaniment, and with the presence of Mary Carmen Matos and her husband Ricky, as well as the rest of the team that travels with the young graduates on a direct flight through COPA Airlines to Cancun. The tourist experience in Cancun in Quintana Roo consists of 5 nights and 6 days, being received by the staff who have activities designed to experience culture, gastronomy, parties, VIP services, private concerts, as well as adventures… a combo that has it all.
International Experience and Unforgettable Places
XCAPE trips have two calendars: Summer from June 26 to July 1; and in December from December 2 to 7 approximately.
The one week long trip with the young graduates is called Orange Week, an experience where they meet other international students who coincide on those dates in Cancun, with their same interests and values.
The experience that XCAPE offers is a comprehensive tourist product of 4 daytime activities. You can choose between the archaeological zone of Chichen Itza (One of the 7 new modern wonders) or Tulum (An important commercial port in its time).
Ocean Party, Coral Reefs and Isla Mujeres
Another experience is the Ocean Party, an eco-adventure and party tour on a boat that sails to Isla Mujeres. A tour where all can snorkel in the second largest barrier reef in the world. Of course, always carrying all the safety equipment: life jacket, clappers, masks, as well as a guide in the back, another in front, and additionally, a lifeboat. Upon arrival on the island there is a tour through its picturesque fishing village. When going back the young graduates will enjoy a sunset party on their way back to Cancun, with great ambience, music and a DJ on board. Another day they will enjoy a day at Coco Beach Club, one of the best in the entire Caribbean. Always with all the luxuries, VIP service and security.
VIP Lounge, Nightclubs and Coco Bongo
The fourth activity is at the hotel, where the young graduates will have a lounge as a meeting place, with all the services, drinks, meals, DJs and different activities.
During the night there are four nights to party and dance. Two are in the best clubs in Cancun. Each club has its personality/performance, its music, its decoration. Another night is at Coco Bongo, which is mandatory, a unique place to experience and understand it.
Prom Night is the event that closes the experience in Cancun. This last night everyone wears white, and dines outside the hotel. Afterwards there will be a joyful and emotional party on a boat in the Cancun Bay with lots of music, always accompanied by the XCAPE staff.
All the youngsters travel with an Assist Card policy that covers more than B/.150,000.00 in case of eventuality.
Security, Trust and Communication
XCAPE is aware that the investment that parents make should be substantially reflected in the experience of their young girl or boy. For this reason, XCAPE invests a lot in security by having an additional team to accompany them, which stays with them inside the hotel and accompanies them to all activities, both day and night. There is also a team of paramedics specialized in first aid, as well as at night there is another team that stays outside the clubs to ensure that all return together and safe.
They also have a system to be able to have direct communication with parents through a WhatsApp group, where they are informed on the day to day activities in Cancun backed with photos.
