Under the premise better food, good drinks and excellent music, “Beer & Cow Restaurant” opened in May 2017, as a local reference within the food and beverage industry.
They Offer a Menu with Delicious Food to Highlight:
– Imported meat cuts with different sauces.
– Options of burgers, salads and dishes to share.
– The house recommendation: the star dish St Louis Ribs, prepared with the house BBQ sauce, where flavors such as passion fruit and lemon stand out; and the Silver Jack burger.
They have their well-known promotions from Monday to Thursday such as hamburguers 2×3 buy two and take three, cocktails 2×1 or wings 2×1 . Their specialty and popularity in international food and home-made craft beers have made them participate in events such as Burger Week and Wings Week.
Promoting Local Talent
Since its inception, Beer & Cow has supported national artists as an ideal venue to perform live. Hence the name of three main beers: Señorita, Pamela and Bandolera honoring Panamanian singers such as the Rabanes, Toby King and Reybenz.
Señorita is its flagship craft beer, which arose from a presentation by Emilio Regueira at the premises with Randy Cuevas, one more proof of the passion and desire to work of the Staff.
Products and Services
As a result of the health emergency, Beer & Crow reinvented themselves with the creation of new products such as cocktails to drink and meat packages for home roasts. Thanks to the rise of the delivery service, they became more known in the market.
They are also currently on the Orders Now (Pedidos Ya) platform, they have their own home delivery service and among their future projects is to soon open new branches to be closer to their consumers.
