A lifelong lover of good cooking, without losing her Spanish roots, she created her own business called Tartalleta, on April of this year. The place where Rocío makes artisan desserts, with flavors that with each bite takes you back to Spain. Creativity flows in this venture with numbers and letter shape cakes, decorated with edible flowers, differentiating markedly from other businesses.
