Mamma’s Kitchen Homemade Food Style to Share with the Family

Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, Itzel worked in condominium management. This venture was born in the midst of the health crisis and the need to fulfill her basic economic needs.

Opportunities Are Seized
For Itzel Irene Biendicho, mother of two beautiful children, the best way to move forward through the pandemic was through cooking. For this reason, she created and launched Mamma’s Kitchen, a different culinary venture for family dinner on Fridays. It was originally on Saturdays but due to mobility restrictions over the weekend she had to change it to the day before.

To Eat with The Family
Among the specialties you can enjoy the are Baked Ziti Bolonesa, Mexican dishes, chicken fajitas, chili with meat, pico de gallo, pork with gratin potatoes “Mammas style”, meat lasagna and three cheeses.

Teamwork
Mamma’s Kitchen is familiar food taken from Itzel’s house to its diners house, it is teamwork. Being a mother of two, she assigns each one their role. While one helps to label the caps and bags, the other verifies that the orders are complete and closed in their respective bags. It is her way of teaching her children that nothing is impossible in life and the only thing that is not allowed is to wait for things to happen.

Delivery on Fridays
Mamma’s Kitchen takes orders Monday through Thursday and delivers on Friday. The menus are varied and have “meatless” options for vegetarians.
They have a menu for special occasions that must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
