On January 16, 2015, the Chichemito Pedasieño opened its doors to the public with a tent on a dirt floor. A restaurant that has received all these years of dedication and perseverance from its owners Decided Cedeño and her husband Rene Gutierrez to carry it forward. Today, it is a recognized restaurant and highly visited by national and foreign tourists in Pedasi town for its true Panamanian flavor.

The Most Authentic Chicheme in Panama

The Chicheme is the Queen of this place, since it is delicious and unique, the opinion of all diners over eight years making this traditional Panamanian drink with its own unique style.

Chicheme is made with crushed corn and whole corn, it is not minced and that makes them different from other regions of the country.
