A Chef with International Experience
The opportunities that Pedasi generates to create gastronomic experiences is what inspired Chef Terry Sagnes to open his own culinary venture. A culinary arts professional who began his career in the hospitality industry, working in an American franchise before traveling to France to help his father in the world of baking for four years. From there, he decides to go to Panama to manage the kitchen of a regional hotel chain. After six years of successful experience at the hotel, Chef Terry decides to become independent and open his own restaurant Terry Desti Beach, in Playa Destiladeros, an entrepreneurship that today has been offering the most delicious traditional and international fusion gastronomy for seven years.

At the Terry Desti Beach restaurant each diner can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner that are sensory experiences full of new flavors made with fresh local products from the region.
After the delicious dishes, the best thing about this restaurant is the cozy atmosphere and the ocean view from where you can enjoy a fresh breeze throughout the day, as well as a terrace surrounded by nature.
They also have a private room for dinners, special events, catering and pairings, as well as a bar to enjoy a wide variety of cocktails and mixology experiences. An excellent news is that they are also “Pet Friendly”.

Collaborative Culinary Proposal
At Terry Desti Beach they work under a philosophy of collaboration between colleagues, which is why the breakfasts are in charge of Chef Ni Chana Ni Juana. This talented culinary professional is the author of a dish that is a favorite for many Visitors, the Peasant Bowl, based on artisan Peasant Bread made in Pedasi Homemade Bread, stuffed with sauteed vegetables, papalo chimichurri and Swiss cheese with smoked leg ham, accompanied by delicious green or fruit smoothies.
Chef Terry’s Delicious Dishes for Lunch and Dinner
Lunch and dinner are in charge of Chef Terry Sagnes who offers diners his famous Cantonese shrimp rice and for dinner the most requested Escargots and Grouper Fillet, which is characterized by its variety of flavors and options.
For Chef Terry, the most important thing is that customers feel comfortable, and for this reason he offers a flexible menu for all tastes and preferences, as well as a brunch menu on weekends.

The bar is run by the mixologist bartender Sebastian Ortega who offers classic and innovative cocktails. A mix that pleases customers from a classic cocktail like the Negroni to an experience of flavors with the Martini Rosso Spritz, fused with local products and traditional recipes.
