Pedasi has been a destination for some time that attracts people from all over the world. Its nature, traditions and culture make it a great option not only because it offers a high quality of life, but also because it offers unique business and professional development opportunities.

A French Couple in Pedasi
It was precisely these attractions that Sabine and Jean Bouvier were able to recognize when they arrived to Pedasi just a few months ago, after spending almost two years in Panama City. Both chose this picturesque town in the Province of Los Santos for its beauty, but mainly for the kindness of its people and the great tourist potential that this sector of the country offers.
The honesty and spontaneity of Pedasi was the inspiration for this French couple to open a real Bistrot restaurant, where each dish has a research and preparation process that elevates its quality. A philosophy of work that allows them to innovate every week with new house dishes.

Cooking, a Family Legacy
This high-caliber culinary venture is no coincidence since Chef Jean Bouvier is a graduate of the prestigious Paul Bocuse School in the City of Lyon, not to mention that he has been cooking since he was 14 years old. A family legacy that came from his grandfather and father who also loved and dedicated their lives to cooking.
Delicious French Innovations
These culinary innovators came to Pedasi proposing the taste and gastronomy of French haute cuisine. At Bistrot Pedasí diners can taste delicious dishes such as Shrimp Risotto, cuttlefish ink and Nantua sauce, Beef Fillet Tartare, House Pate, Rigatoni with Octopus, Chicken Ballotina stuffed with homemade chorizo or rabbit, among others.
They also offer a delicious variety of desserts such as the chocolate fondant cooked at the moment, crema Catalana, or its coconut flan, much liked by diners.

Local Products for Quality Dishes
One of the advantages that Pedasi offers is its community economy, where everyone supports each other. In the case of these French entrepreneurs, many of their creations are made with local products such as Toulouse sausages (French) or Spanish chorizo, which contributes to the economy of the region.
A Service that Elevates the Experience
If the food takes each diner on a trip to France, the service makes them feel in paradise, as they are always warmly welcomed and cared for with care. In this restaurant, the most important thing is to share the culinary creations so that the client can live and enjoy them. Generating an original experience that motivates each diner to return again and again. In the words of Sabine and Jean “Making everyone feels happy to have this type of restaurant in the town of Pedasí.”
