In Panama, they open their doors in May 2019 with the opening of the first store in Marbella, today under the management of Javier Dos Santos, taking advantage of an opportunity to expand, after the opening of their first location in Bella Vista.

A Service that is Growing
Mr Jeff has been growing steadily in Panama. Today it has 7 locations, being the ones in Marbella (Nueva Marbella) and Bella Vista that stand out, due to their excellent location and the comments of customers satisfied with the service.
Growth is also contributed by commercial alliances with gyms, hotels, “spas” and restaurants, where they provide careful attention to their customers.
Facilities for Clients
Mr Jeff, seeks to provide Panamanians and residents with an option to satisfy a basic need, offering them a monthly subscription mechanism. They have monthly plans that start at $23.00 dollars, where the customer can take their clothing to any of the Mr Jeff locations within the city. Home delivery can also be requested through the app or WhatsApp, on the most convenient day and guaranteen that clothes are clean every week.
For the laundry service Mr Jeff offers a 22 pound bag system as a unit of measure. This bag has a capacity of around 40 garments, depending on the type of garment to be washed. It is not necessary for the client to make any color preselection at home, Mr Jeff takes care of that, who returns it dried, folded and with a pleasant clean scent.
Personalized Service
At Mr Jeff, each client is treated personally, keeping a close relationship and always seeking to resolve unexpected emergencies with personalized service. The ironing services stand out for being carried out with manual industrial irons, thus avoiding damage to garments. They use paper sleeves to wrap clothes in perfect harmony with the environment. The soft aroma of clean clothes of the garments treated in its branches is a characteristic that distinguishes them.
At Mr Jeff delivery is in 48 hours, either at its locations or at home. And if the client requires their clothes before, they are very flexible to satisfy the needs of the moment, whenever circunstances allow.
Customers can pay through the app with their credit card or receive their clothes at home in cash. Also in its stores you can pay with credit, debit or cash cards and even Yappy.
