Next October, the French director and screenwriter Claire Denis is scheduled to shoot the film Stars at Noon (The stars at Noon), in Panamanian locations, reported the Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MICI).
This film will be an adaptation of the 1986 novel by the American Denis Johnson. It will be set in Nicaragua in the 1980s, in full conflict due to the Sandinista revolution.
The film will have a renowned cast, highlighted the MICI. For now, the performance of the American Margaret Qualley and the British Taron Egerton has been confirmed, according to international media specialized in cinema.
