Baked By Sherry starts without being planned, at the beginning of this year one day Sherry Wong decided to prepare something different at home to enjoy with family, she loves the fact of placing food at the center of the dinner table to be shared by all. For Sherry, there is nothing that unifies the family more than sitting down to eat together at home.
This is the reason why she decided to seek ideas and consult with her friend who is a Chef, David Quesada who gave her “tips” to achieve crunchy and delicious dough. Seeing that everyone was delighted, she decided to start selling to relatives and acquaintances. However, people always share and talk about what they like and love, so the word spread attracting new customers.

Flavors for Every Season
Baked by Sherry specializes in pies and cakes with fruity flavors as well as salty ones. However, the favorites during the year have been: Chicken pie in natural stew or with curry, cinnamon apple pie and as cold dessert: lemon pie.
Top seasonal cakes: Marshmallow Walnut Pumpkin Pie, Caramel Apple Pie, and Blueberry Punch Rum Pie.

Listening to Customers is Key to Success
Happy customers always wants to add value to the products they like, and thanks to them, Sherry Wong has been implementing new flavors fillings for cakes, such as the delicious 3-cheese broccoli cake with chicken and mushrooms, which was created by one of her clients since it was originally sold as Broccoli 3 cheeses. After that idea, many customers have been delighted with the new flavor.

Future with Great Potential
Sherry Wong plans to study Culinary Arts to continue injecting her entrepreneurship with new ideas and want to open soon her own place.
