All Started with Her Nickname
Annie Motts, was Susana Motta’s nickname at school and since March 2019 it is the name of her new restaurant and second home for this chef graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. At this house-restaurant located in El Cangrejo area, everything that is cooked and tasted is designed to provide an experience that brings heart-warming memories and the warmth of home.

Flavors from Here and Beyond
Her recipes have Panamanian and international flavors, and the menu of the restaurant and the Mercadito, are prepared to be deliver. A new modality as a result of the health emergency. Wednesday Market
Another innovation that emerged during quarantine is the Annie & Motts Market Wednesdays, an activity that more suppliers are joining each week, developing a closer bond and support between entrepreneurs. They sale fruits, vegetables, legumes, seafood and fish, imported meats, eggs, frozen fruits, cookies and sweets, artisanal spices, in addition to the delicacies of the house. That day they also offer coffee made by the star barista to go.
