Durante la pandemia a causa del Covid-19 siempre\nhubo diferencias en\nel criterio a la hora de solicitar o no certificado de vacunaci\u00f3n en los\nlugares o destinos tur\u00edstico, sin embargo, lo que si era obligatorio era llevar\nmascarilla en lugares cerrados. La exigencia del uso de tapabocas en muchas\npartes del mundo era en interiores, excepto cuando se com\u00eda, y en exteriores\ncuando no era posible el distanciamiento social. En Panam\u00e1 esta \u00faltima todav\u00eda\nno se ha flexibilizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grandes del Turismo\nEliminan la Mascarilla<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el \u00faltimo mes el tema se viene replanteando, la\ntendencia que viene cambiando es en la obligatoriedad de utilizar mascarillas o\ncubrebocas. Un ejemplo claro es la naviera Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania y Regent Seven Seas\n(todas pertenecientes a Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, con sede en Miami,\nFlorida) ya no requerir\u00e1n que los pasajeros utilicen mascarillas a bordo a\npartir del 1 de marzo. Esta misma medida ya la aplic\u00f3 el Parque tem\u00e1tico Disney\nen Orlando desde el pasado 12 de febrero.  Eso s\u00ed, en ambos casos, manteniendo la\ncondici\u00f3n de que las personas que no la usen se encuentre vacunadas, y quienes\ntodav\u00eda no lo est\u00e9n sigan us\u00e1ndola. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pa\u00edses Siguen la\nTendencia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este replanteamiento hace que el ambiente se\nsienta diferente, un cambio en el manejo de la pandemia, que parece conducirnos\nde forma relativamente r\u00e1pida hacia la ca\u00edda de las restricciones y la vuelta,\nquiz\u00e1, a la tan deseada \u201cnormalidad\u201d. Al menos, as\u00ed lo parece si se mira a pa\u00edses\ncomo Gran Breta\u00f1a o Dinamarca, donde hace semanas que ya se retiraron todas las\nmedidas restrictivas. En Espa\u00f1a el jueves 11 de febrero termin\u00f3 la\nobligatoriedad de usar mascarilla en el exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Panam\u00e1 todav\u00eda no hay una fecha para eliminar\nla obligatoriedad, probablemente esperando que las clases empiecen y las\nautoridades puedan observar el comportamiento del virus ante el movimiento\nmasivo de estudiantes. Sin embargo, la flexibilizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 empezando a sentirse con la\neliminaci\u00f3n de la prueba negativa en el aeropuerto de Tocumen para las personas\nvacunadas que ingresen al pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una Recomendaci\u00f3n que Trae\nDesaf\u00edos <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algunos profesionales de la salud mental ya ven\u00edan\nrecomendando la retirada de la mascarilla , un mensaje que hace seis meses era\nimpensable escuchar excepto en peque\u00f1os c\u00edrculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoy en d\u00eda hay quienes se lanzan a comprar\nentradas de conciertos y a reservar escapadas con amigos. La relaci\u00f3n social e\nindividual con el covid-19 est\u00e1 evolucionando: de ser una amenaza ha pasado a\nser una incomodidad, permitiendo cambiar el significado, Cuando cambia la relaci\u00f3n\npsicol\u00f3gica y emocional con el virus, hay menos alarmismo; mayor percepci\u00f3n de\ncontrol y m\u00e1s seguridad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El gran desaf\u00edo ser\u00e1 diferenciar entre el miedo \u00fatil y\notros tipos de temores. En su versi\u00f3n saludable, el miedo lleva a la prudencia\ny a la protecci\u00f3n. El desaf\u00edo se encuentra en eliminar las razones del miedo\ncuando aquello que lo provocaba ya no se encuentra. Com\u00fan en personas que han\nquedado traumatizadas por el miedo a contagiarse, al seguir llevando la mascarilla\ncuando ya no hace falta, esta puede representar un s\u00edmbolo de protecci\u00f3n\npsicol\u00f3gica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Empat\u00eda, el Gran Aprendizaje\ndel Futuro <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La gran pregunta es c\u00f3mo las personas pueden manejar la\nsituaci\u00f3n cuando personas en nuestro c\u00edrculo familiar o de amigos se encuentran\nen una fase diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los expertos est\u00e1n de acuerdo que va a ayudar el\nrespeto y libertad, que cada persona\nhaga lo que le parezca mejor; reduciendo la dependencia emocional a las decisiones\nde los dem\u00e1s. Un proceso que debe realizarse con mucha comprensi\u00f3n y cari\u00f1o. Si\nhay opiniones distintas, la empat\u00eda es la herramienta m\u00e1s \u00fatil, es pensar con\nm\u00e1s humildad y aceptar que la percepci\u00f3n de seguridad es diferente en cada\npersona. Los hechos futuros demostrar\u00e1n la capacidad de la sociedad para integrar\nestos aprendizajes a la vida diaria de manera efectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tourism and Life without a Face Mask, a Trend that Grows Around the World<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the pandemic due to Covid-19 there were always\ndifferences in the criteria when requesting or not requesting a vaccination\ncertificate in tourist places or destinations, however, what was mandatory was\nwearing a mask indoors. Masks were required in many parts of the world indoors,\nexcept when eating, and outdoors when social distancing was not possible. In\nPanama, the latter has not yet been made more flexible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tourism Giants Don\u2019t Require Face Mask<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the last month the subject matter has been\nreconsidered, the trend that has been changing is in the obligation to use\nmasks or mouth covers. A clear example is the shipping company Norwegian Cruise\nLine, Oceania and Regent Seven Seas (all belonging to Norwegian Cruise Line\nHoldings, based in Miami, Florida) that will no longer require passengers to\nwear masks on board as of March 1. This same measure has already been applied\nby the Disney Theme Park in Orlando since last February 12. Of course, in both\ncases, keeping the condition that people who do not use it are vaccinated, and\nthose who are not yet continue to use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Countries Follow the Trend<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the relaxation is beginning to be felt with the elimination\nof the negative test at the Tocumen airport for vaccinated people entering the\ncountry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Recommendation that Brings Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some mental health professionals had already been\nrecommending the removal of the face mask, a message that six months ago was\nunthinkable to hear except in small circles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge is to eliminate the reasons for fear when\nwhat caused no longer exists.\nCommon in people who have been traumatized by the fear of getting infected, by\ncontinuing to wear the mask when it is no longer needed, it can represent a\nsymbol of psychological protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The big question is how people can handle the\nsituation when people in our circle of family or friends are in a different\nphase. The experts agree that respect and freedom will help, that each person do\nwhat fits the best; reducing emotional dependence on the decisions of others. A\nprocess that must be carried out with a lot of understanding and affection. If\nthere are different opinions, empathy is the most useful tool, it is thinking\nwith more humility and accepting that the perception of security is different\nin each person.
