Here the flavors and aromas are part of a very selected menu that delights all tastes. From starters, pastas, salads, fish and meat, all are inspire by the Turinese kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMix Antipasto\u201d&nbsp; stands out in the starters, a table plate with sausages and mix cheeses, with a side of pickled vegetables and olives. The same as the authentic \u201cCarpaccio \u201c with Angus veal. Flavored with truffle oil and slices of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Also the delicious Italian Burratina DOP hand made by Ernesto, a young Italian who is part of La Negra Tomasa\u2019s family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/invitado003-3-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10153\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastas with different presentations are hand made, following traditional methods and prepared al dente, as well as le tagliatelle. The \u201cGnocchi de papas&#8221; are prepared by Giselle, the same way her grandma Tommasina did years ago.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/invitado004-1-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10154\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Other specialities are the meat Raviolis or \u201cAgnoloti&#8221; like Giselle calls it. It is stuffed with meat and baked for up to 12 hours. To continue this culinary experience there is the \u201cRisotto\u201d in its various versions: \u201cTerra e Mare, \u201cAlla Pescatora&#8221;, Ai Gamberi e Tartufo&#8221;. With delicious flavors that evokes the classical Mediterranean cuisine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On of the most delicious main course dishes is \u201cil Brasato al Barolo \u201c, a very juicy meat baked for more than 12 hours with red wine. The \u201cBarollo&#8221;, pride of Piemonte, a dish to enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/invitado006-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10155\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>New dishes will be included in the menu:&nbsp; grilled octopus, bacalao, ossobuco and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To finish this culinary tour&nbsp; through the most traditional Italian gastronomy, there is no better way than with a delicious \u201cDolce&#8221;. There is the homemade tiramisu&nbsp; or the cheese \u201cmascarpone&#8221; prepared by Ernesto with his owns hands. There are also Savoiardi cookies baked by Gisella. Maybe a smooth \u201cpanna cotta&#8221; with good coffee.
