The bus trip to David can take between 7 &#8211; 8 hours and to Boquete is 45 minutes. Tourism agencies offer complete packages that include transportation and tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Some History<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event has deep roots in the Boquete region. It was first created in 1950 as the Coffee Festival, but after years of celebration in 1973 it was transformed into the current Flower and Coffee Fair.
