The\nkeys of this restaurant to transmit the love for cooking to each person who\nvisits and tastes its culinary delights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Start Filled with Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex Rodriguez, is a cook and co-owner of Mezlca. His\nstory started the opposite of what normally happens, since he had no experience\nor knowledge, both in the kitchen and in the hospitality business. For two and\na half years everything was chaos, for this brave entrepreneur, although, both\nhe and his partner (mother)\nhad plenty of desire and enthusiasm. However, Chef Alex Rodriguez decides to\ndo what he should have done from the beginning\u2026educate those desires and have\ngastronomic resources to solve any adversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG-20220614-WA0058.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG-20220614-WA0058.jpg 1440w, https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG-20220614-WA0058-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Journey Filled with Lessons and Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This entrepreneur grabbed his backpack and went to\ncooking school in Seville (Spain), to train as a culinary professional. On\nweekends he worked in a rice restaurant in a tourist area on the outskirts of\nthat Spanish city. However, the opportunity arose to practice in El Poblet in Valencia, at Chef\nQuique Dacosta\u2019s restaurant, which had 2 Michelin stars. Alex continues traveling until reaching\nMarbella City, specifically at the restaurant of renowned Chef Dani Garcia, who\nhad 3 Michelin\nstars. This journey of great learning and experiences helped Chef Alex make the\nchanges that the restaurant needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>100% Menu Available at All Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Mezcla if a diner wants to eat almojabanas,\ncarima\u00f1ola, puff pastry, liver steak at 9 pm, they can order it and enjoy it.\nPerhaps it will make service a bit challenging, but the strength of this\nrestaurant is in the ability of its team to bring out the dish in time for the\ncustomer to enjoy it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG-20220614-WA0054.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4536\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu offers typical breakfasts but in versions\nwithin Mezcla\u2019s style such\nas: meat balls in smoked tomato sauce, tail carima\u00f1olas with gravy, Shakshuka\nwith smoked jerky, even their rice dishes, pastas, burgers, among other\ndelicacies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu is very varied, they offer daily specials and\npromotions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alfredo pasta (octopus, shrimp, chicken, bacon),\ngrilled lasagna, pasta with meatballs, tail carima\u00f1olas, Almojabanos, balls in\nsmoked tomato sauce, Creole sausage, smoked pork, charcoal-grilled meat, sole\nwith nance, pizzas and calzones, basket tacos (pastor, ossobuco, smoked\nchicken, beef), rice (Guandu\nmorao, beans),\npatio chicken on the stove, hamburgers, desserts (mom&#8217;s gigimbre, tiramisu, coconut flan) and &#8220;wraps&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"750\" height=\"1333\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG-20220614-WA0067.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4537\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Daily Promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Mezcla they love to please their guests and cook a\nwide variety of dishes. For that reason they have promotions and dishes that\nare off the menu to surprise all diners.
