What do you feel is the greatest legacy of your grandfather\nand what is the formula that has been applied in order for the new generations to\nnot only follow the path, but also introduce growth?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cThe greatest\nlegacy that my grandfather gave us has been excellence. Something he always\ndemanded from us in everything; not to be the biggest but the best. He always\napplied it to himself, and it was the permanent advice for his children and\ngrandchildren, and that now with love we transmit to the next Eleta\ngenerations. We carry that same legacy of excellence to our companies,\npromoting a management style based on detecting the potential of each person\nand ensuring that we provide them with the tools to express themselves to the\nfullest, and basing our multiple businesses on high standards of\nresponsibility, vision, social and human\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For you as a family and company, what does it\nmean to be part of the thriving Chiriqui Province, and what is it that\ndifferentiates this province from the rest of the country?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cChiriqui has\n\u200b\u200benormous wealth in natural resources and its people are hard-working,\nenterprising and resourceful. For many years this province was practically\nisolated from the rest of the country, but its climate and fertile lands made\nit attractive to immigrants from Canada, Croatia, Germany, and different parts\nof Europe, who injected their dynamism and adventurous spirit into these lands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1157\" height=\"864\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Compress_20220525_141820_0754.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4351\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;That natural,\nhuman and cultural wealth was identified by my grandfather very early when he\nfounded Haras Cerro Punta in 1972, working hand in hand with my grandmother Graciela,\nand horse breeding experts such as Alberto Paz Rodriguez. Haras Cerro Punta is\nnot only the family farm, but also an international benchmark in the breeding\nof thoroughbred horses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also founded companies such as Nutricion Animal, S.A. and the Cafe Eleta farm, with which we generate value for the communities where they meet with the creation of employment and joint work with local authorities to improve their living conditions. In more recent years, we have continued betting on Chiriqui through renewable energy generation companies such as EISA and EcoSolar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Compress_20220525_135544_4604.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4352\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>The Eleta\ncompany has many years of history, being a state of the art company in terms of\norganization as well as its human management.
