Each one of those stained glass windows carries\na little piece of her, it carries love; knowing that whoever owns it, will\nenjoy admiring it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She learned the technique of leaded stained glass in\n1994, with the architect and professor Elizabeth Castillo, a pioneer of this\nart in Panama, and who has a vast experience restoring old stained glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/vitrales_obaldia06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7636\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Custom Designs made with Love<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, at De Obaldia Vitrales they work with\nlove, especially glass with the Tiffany-style welding technique; creating\nbeautiful works of art, which vary according to the light they receive and\nreflect, producing a diversity of sensations in the viewer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stained glass windows range from small and decorative\nto stained glass with personalized and exclusive designs for doors and windows.\nAmong the small stained glass windows, of which they have created many, we can\nmention designs on: hummingbirds, angels, unicorns, stars of David, dream\ncatchers, the little prince, astronauts, orchids, sunflowers, chandeliers and\nmany more. Among the stained glass windows of ornaments, they also have\nexclusive designs, among them are Don Quixote, the Tree Woman, the Rubik&#8217;s\ncube, the lady of justice, the little witch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/vitrales_obaldia02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7640\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This endeavor has created many large stained glass\nwindows, found in residences, used for decoration; they have also participated, supporting\ncharity associations in auctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Special Stained Glass Windows for New Years Eve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/vitrales_obaldia05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7637\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For Christmas and New Year&#8217;s Eve parties they feature\nnativity scenes, tin soldiers, nutcrackers, Christmas trees, baubles and tears,\nwreaths, poinsettias, and many more. It can also be made to order, or special\ndesigns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Process to Create these Works of Art<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At de\nObaldia Vitrales, the stained glass window is a work of art made by\nhand, with the best quality of materials, where, at each stage of its creation,\nsomething different can be observed, from the idea and creation of the design,\nthen through the cut and polishing, of each of the glass pieces, which are of\ndifferent colors and textures, the glass is not painted; then each piece is\ntaped with copper tape, and finally it is joined with lead and tin solder,\npatina and glitter.
