{"id":3330,"date":"2021-12-23T03:37:26","date_gmt":"2021-12-23T02:37:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/?p=3330"},"modified":"2022-03-17T14:56:43","modified_gmt":"2022-03-17T13:56:43","slug":"bon-appetit-a-sweet-entrepreneurship-baked-with-love-for-these-holidays","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/2021\/12\/23\/bon-appetit-a-sweet-entrepreneurship-baked-with-love-for-these-holidays\/","title":{"rendered":"Bon App\u00e9tit, a Sweet Entrepreneurship Baked with Love for these Holidays"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ana Jilma de Obaldia was a child when her grandmother Maria Olimpia taught\nher to make the first sweets and ice creams, she liked cooking; as an adult, family\nmembers asked her to make sweets for their get togethers, but it was her\ndaughter who insisted that she make them and offer them to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/dulces02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7665\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Sweet Entrepreneurship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This venture began under the name of Sweet\nTemptations, which eventually became Bon App\u00e9tit, specialized in homemade\ndesserts, jams, chutneys, and spectacular meat lasagna, and chicken with\nspinach; all made with the best quality products, which guarantees a fresh\ntaste, when ingested, and a good result, in everything they do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They have a wide variety of desserts such as sweet\napples with raisins and walnuts, which they prepare especially for the holiday season\nat the end of the year; they\nalso have delicious desserts such as tiramisu, bite of the king, bite of\nalmonds, bread pudding, apple pie, among others; and the aubergines in the\nvinaigrette, pepper jam\nwith chombo, tomato with basil and pineapple chutney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Christmas Delicacies made with Love<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/dulces01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7664\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For this end of the year holiday season Bon App\u00e9tit\nhas the traditional Ron Ponche Cocido (cooked rum punch), made with a family\nrecipe, the Ron Ponche Cafe made with Cafelino of Boquete, and the original Beer Punch, made with\ncraft beer from Cerveceria Legitima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The philosophy that distinguishes them is working with\nlove, enjoying what they do, looking for the perfect result, so that people,\nwhen ingesting a product made by them, perceive the difference, and feel that\nhappiness that distinguishes them when working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/dulces04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7666\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chame During the Pandemic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the time of the pandemic, they were blessed to\nwork from home, but from Chame.
