After a lot of thinking they came to the\nconclusion on what people needed and this is how this venture specialized in\nbringing products from the Chiriqui Highlands started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/20210130_102339_opt.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8469\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chiriqui Highland Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mongo\nKiosko is quality fresh vegetables and fruits, having 90% of its products coming\ndirectly from the highlands, ensuring freshness and quality. Additionally, they\nhave also established alliances with Panamanian companies that allow them to\noffer a wide variety of products for their clients such as: patio eggs, organic\nhoney, highlands coffee, artisanal chimichurri, artisan yogurt,&nbsp;\ncheeses, and sweets, as well as the delicious \u201cbienmesabe\u201d (traditional\nspanish dessert).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An Unstoppable Trio of Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mongo\nKiosko is formed by three partners: Moises Rivera, in charge of the direct\nrelationship with the producers, who lives in Volcan, Chiriqui; Juan Carlos,\nwho is in charge of purchase logistics, withdrawal of merchandise and delivery;\nand Ashanti De Leon,\nwho sees the other administrative and financial part, customer relations and\nmarketing. However, what she likes the most is customer relationship. &nbsp;Understanding their tastes, and having the\nopportunity to personalize each of their orders appeals to her very much. Making\nclients feel like they were doing their shopping, but with the experience that\nMongo Kiosko does\nit for them and delivers it to their doorstep. A service that they do with a\nlot of love and passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Helping the Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/20210125_132624_opt.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8470\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ashanti\nsays that at first they used a lot of plastic, but with time and with new\ntrends they began to use returnable baskets to minimize the use of plastic and\nthus help the environment. Also, they make good use of the waste, they do not\nwait for the product to be damaged or do bad, caused when they identify\nproducts that are not suitable for sale or do not meet their quality standards,\nthey take it out and segment them to donate them to various groups that will\nmake good use of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Faster the Delivery &#8230; The Better!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since\nthe beginning of the Pandemic, they have reduced the delivery time from one day\na week to only 24 hours. This May they implemented a new system: if the client\norders before 10:30 a.m. and lives in downtown Panama City receives the order on\nthe same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\nAshanti, service is key, making clients feel that you are accessible and that beyond\nmoney, their needs are important.
