This is the reason why the family tradition of sharing recipes and cooking from generation to generation still exist.<br> In times of Pandemic, this spirit of cooking as a family and practicing the recipes of her grandmother Gloria, with her mother, inspired Lupita R\u00edos, to create El Pionono, a venture to honor her grandmother&#8217;s legacy, in a sweet and homey way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6708-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9149\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br> <strong>Live, Love and Bake<\/strong><br> For Lupita Rios, the confinement became a time to bake desserts with her children. It only needed a little push for this practice to become a family business. Her husband encouraged her to sell their products and looking for a name, they chose &#8220;El Pionono&#8221;, the name of the dessert that comes from a family anecdote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_9391.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9150\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br> <strong>From Classic to Christmas<\/strong><br> At Christmas parties, El Pionono offers homemade cakes, which will be delivered to our customers freshly baked, maintaining the quality of the ingredients and their freshness. For this Christmas, they have added to their menu, the traditional rum punch, rum cake and fruit candy.
