At Pipim Estate, they grow Caturra and Catuai, while at Mima Estate in Alto Quiel, they cultivate Typica, Catuai, Bourbon, and Geisha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their tourism offering combines nature with coffee expertise. Experiences include scenic tours of the plantations and the operations center, explanations regarding cultivation and processing, and\u2014depending on the package\u2014guided tastings featuring three or six flavor profiles, including Geisha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Janson Farm in Volcan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in Volcan, in the Tierras Altas (Highlands) region, Janson Coffee cultivates its crops at altitudes ranging from approximately 1,350 to 1,700 meters, surrounded by an extensive private nature reserve. They produce Green Tip Geisha, Catuai, Caturra, and Pacamara varieties, offering both washed and natural Geisha coffees, as well as Natural Pacamara and Janson Family Coffee. Their crops are grown at altitudes between 1,670 and 1,950 meters\u2014according to the farm&#8217;s specific profile\u2014and their production includes Catuai, Geisha, and Typica varieties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They offer experiences that allow visitors to walk through the plantations and learn about the processing facility and coffee production, culminating in a tasting session that may feature Catuai, Geisha, and cascara (coffee cherry) tea. Situated at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,000 meters, the estate cultivates varieties such as Geisha, Java, Pacamara, Bourbon, Typica, Catuai, and Caturra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their coffee tour offers insight into the estate&#8217;s history and production processes, concluding with a coffee tasting. Two tours are currently offered daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lamastus Family Estates in Boquete<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lamastus Family Estates is not a single farm but a family-run group comprising Elida Estate, El Burro Estate, and Luito Geisha Estate. Their properties are located in the mountains of Boquete and are renowned for specialty coffees grown in high-altitude environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visitor experience centers primarily on Elida Estate, where guests can tour the plantations and the processing mill, learn about coffee production, and participate in tastings.
