This article describes the new trends\nthat this segment is beginning to adopt within the new realities that\ngastronomy faces in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1254\" height=\"812\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevisitorpanama.info\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Compress_20220629_210531_1716.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4503\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Increased\nDemand for Environmentally Friendly Food<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Young customers that frequent\nfood trucks are also conscious of the effects of climate change.&nbsp; Food trucks can be expected to supply more\norganic options and provide more labeling identifying the sources for their\ningredients. Accommodating the views of their customer base will help food\ntrucks expand their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Increased\nVegan Options and Meat-Plant Blends<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond Meat, products have\ntaken off and have been added to menus of large fast-food chains. The food\ntruck industry can expect this trend to be extended to food trucks as the\ndemand for meatless protein options grows. Food industry experts have taken\nnote of the success of the Impossible Burger and are moving to meet this new\ndemand. Additionally, meat-plant blends are also becoming popular with\nomnivores who want healthier options. In meeting this demand, food trucks will turn to natural alternatives derived from fruits.
